About the Cornwall O Gauge Group
We are a friendly group of 7mm scale modellers from all over Cornwall. We normally meet as a group at our club rooms at Lawndowns twice a month, on the second and fourth Wednesday from 19:00. In addition we run modelling workshops on Thursdays from 10:00 - 16:00 where you can brush up on your modelling skills with fellow modellers. Members are able to use Lawndowns at other times to suit their requirements
During the year we hold a number of events and attend a number of shows with our Test Track. In addition we organise trips to site of railway and modelling interest. In November we organise the Cornwall Model Railway Exhibition at Carn Brea Leisure Centre, perhaps the largest one day show in Cornwall.
Visitors on holiday to Cornwall are more than welcome to visit and join in with one of our meetings. We welcome new members.
